The Fifteenth Century Cloister
The perfect place to host cultural, literal and artistic events.
The Cloister dating back to the fifteenth century has a rectangular plan (10x12 mt), perfect geometry divided in two stories. The first floor consists in 22 sandstone columns embellished with decorated capitals with multifaceted bases, whose stem has various circular and polygonal sections. The colonnade on the upper floor was built in the 1700s.
The open space is dominated by the slender structure of the hexagonal and Catalan-Gothic style bell tower. Erected in 1632, it is completed by a notched spire that, with its vertical development, gives a certain impetus to the severe architecture of the cloister.
